Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Eversum Sports Inc.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused

    • In its original condition

    • In the original packaging

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Details:

  • Product Cost: Fully refundable for eligible returns

  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a full refund including shipping costs.

  • A return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost.

  • Please contact us with details and proof (such as photos) of the issue.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied if:

    • The item is returned without original packaging, or

    • The item is damaged due to customer handling

This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Blind box items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back as instructed.
